A small refundable setup fee of MVR 150 is required to activate your trial. If you sign up for any plan within 10 days, the full MVR 150 is deducted from your first payment. If you decide not to continue, we keep it to cover the setup work.

How does the free trial work?

We build a fully working version of your store on our demo server using your actual products — so you see exactly how your business would look on Dhishops. The trial runs for 10 days. If you decide to sign up for any plan within that period, your store moves to your own domain and the MVR 150 setup fee is fully deducted from your first payment.

What is the MVR 150 setup fee?

The MVR 150 setup fee is a small refundable charge required to activate your free trial. It covers the work involved in building your trial store. If you sign up for any plan within 10 days, the full MVR 150 is deducted from your first payment. If you decide not to continue, we keep it to cover the setup work.

How fast can my store be ready?

Most stores are live within 24 hours of receiving your products and setup fee. The faster you send us your product details and images, the faster your store goes live.

Can I still sell on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. Dhishops works alongside your existing social media pages. It gives your customers a cleaner, more organised place to browse and order — while you continue posting and promoting on social media as usual.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?

Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time. When you switch, you benefit from the lower yearly rate and the savings kick in from your next billing cycle.

What happens when the 5 monthly spots are filled?

Once all 5 spots for the month are taken, we stop accepting new stores until the following month. This is how we ensure every store gets the attention and quality it deserves. If you are interested, we recommend reaching out early in the month.

Do I need to manage the store myself?

With the Managed Store and Managed Store Pro plans, we handle all product updates for you. You simply send us changes and we apply them. The Starter Store plan requires you to manage your own product updates.

Is domain and hosting included?

Yes. Domain name registration and hosting are included in all plans at no extra cost. Everything you need to get your store live is covered in the price you pay.

Who owns the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. Dhishops manages it on your behalf so you do not need to deal with any technical setup. If you ever want the domain transferred to your own registrar account, we will handle the transfer and charge you only the actual transfer cost — no markup.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time. However, please note that payments are non-refundable — no refunds will be issued for any remaining days in your current monthly or yearly billing period. If you are on a monthly plan, your store remains active until the end of that month. If you are on a yearly plan, your store remains active until the end of that year. Should you wish to take your domain with you when you leave, we will transfer it to your own registrar account at cost.
